The Journal can display online advertising (advertisements) in its website the form of banners and/or logos.

All advertisements are independent from editorial decisions.

All advertisements must clearly and prominently identify the advertiser by trademark or signature.

Advertisements are required to display information which falls within the broader scope of the Journal.

The Publisher reserves the right to print the word “Advertisement” on any advertisement where it may not be clear, so that the website visitors can distinguish readily between advertising and editorial.

The Journal and the Publisher do not endorse on the company(ies), product(s) or service(s) appearing in advertisements unless explicitly indicated in the advertisement.

The advertisements displayed in the Journal’s website may lead to external URLs, i.e. web pages or web sites. The content of these external URLs is the responsibility of the advertiser and may change by the advertiser during the advertisement’s appearance period in the Journal’s website. The Journal and the Publisher are not to be held responsible for any information displayed in the abovementioned external links.

The Journal reserves the right to decline any advertising for any reason maintaining a climate consistent with the journal’s high standards of healthcare editorial or cancel any advertisement at any time.

The Journal and the Publisher are not responsible for incidental or consequential damage for errors in displaying advertisments.

Any references to Publisher or its products or services in advertisements, promotional material, or merchandising by the advertiser or agency is subject to Publisher’s written approval for such use.

The Advertiser represents and warrants that all advertisements and pharmaceutical products they advertise are compliant with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in the country where the advertisement will be seen.
